Custom Pricing for
Custom Irrigation Businesses

If we give you a generic price, we’re either overcharging you or undercharging ourselves. That helps no one — so we don’t do that.

Here’s how we do it instead:
  • We hop on a short discovery call and look at how your business actually runs.
  • We map your call volume, busy seasons, and tech stack.
  • Then we send you a clear quote that fits your numbers.
No obligation. No “gotcha” contracts. If it doesn’t help your business, you shouldn’t buy it.

Why There’s No Flat Price on This Page

Flat pricing looks clean on a website. It almost never matches reality. Two irrigation companies can look similar on paper and still need completely different levels of support.

Before we quote anything, we look at a few key things:

  • How many calls you get in a normal week and during peak seasons.
  • What you want us handling: just phones, or phones + texts + web leads + follow-up.
  • What systems you’re using now (Jobber, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, etc.).
In plain English:
We price based on reality, not guesses.

Guessing leads to two bad outcomes:

  • You overpay and start resenting the service.
  • We undercharge, can’t support you properly, and everyone loses.

A short discovery call fixes that from day one.

What Happens on the Discovery Call

No slides. No long pitch. Just a 20–30 minute conversation to see if we can actually help and what that would look like.

On the call, we’ll cover:
  • How your business is set up: techs in the field, who answers phones now, who handles scheduling.
  • When things break down: spring rush, mid-season, fall winterizations, or all of the above.
  • What a “win” would look like for you in the next season or two.
After the call, you get:
  • A recommended level of service — what we’d actually do for you.
  • A clear monthly price based on your call volume and scope.
  • Your decision. No fake scarcity, no countdown timers.

If we’re not a fit, we’ll tell you. You’ll still walk away with more clarity.

“Can You Just Give Me a Ballpark?”

We can give you a rough idea. Exact pricing comes after we know your numbers.

Typical ranges (you’ll plug in numbers):
  • Smaller shops (owner + 1–2 techs): entry-level range.
  • Growing teams (3–6 techs): mid-tier range.
  • Larger operations (multiple crews): top-tier range.

On the call, we’ll put real numbers to these ranges using your actual data.

Why it’s not posted as a flat price:

If we plaster one number on this page, it will:

  • Scare off great smaller shops that would actually pay less.
  • Underprice larger operations we can really help.

We’d rather have one honest conversation and give you a number that’s right the first time.

Who This Is and Isn’t For

We work best with owners who want less chaos and more control — not just “get by another season.”
