✅ Podcast Guest Agreement & Media Release

Irrigation Assistant Podcast

By submitting this form and participating in the Irrigation Assistant Podcast (“Podcast”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Recording Consent

You give permission to Irrigation Assistant, its owners, agents, and partners (“the Company”) to record your voice, image, video, likeness, and statements during any podcast recordings, video interviews, live calls, or related sessions.

These recordings may include:

  • Audio recordings

  • Video recordings

  • Photographs or screenshots

  • Written summaries or quotes

2. License to Use Content

You grant the Company an unlimited, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, and create derivative works from your recorded content for any legitimate business purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Podcasts and full-length video episodes

  • Short promotional video clips and social media posts

  • Website content

  • Advertising or marketing campaigns

  • Training or educational materials

This license includes rights to modify, trim, caption, or visually enhance the content without altering the original context or intent.

3. Editorial Control

Final decisions regarding how recordings are edited, selected, published, or displayed are solely at the discretion of the Company. No approval of edited content is required prior to publication.

4. Ownership of Materials

All recordings and edited materials remain the exclusive property of Irrigation Assistant.

Your participation does not grant you any ownership rights to the recordings or edited content; however, you may freely share published content featuring you for personal or professional promotion.

5. No Compensation

You understand and acknowledge that your participation is voluntary, and no financial compensation or royalties will be provided for your contribution to the Podcast or future use of recordings.

6. Representations

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • Your participation and statements do not violate any third-party rights or existing contractual obligations.

7. Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Recording or use of the content

  • Publication or distribution of recordings

  • Editing or promotional use of materials

This release includes any claims related to misrepresentation, defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.

8. Medical, Financial & Legal Disclaimer

Any statements made during the Podcast represent your personal opinions and experiences. The Company does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of guest statements.

Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Cancellation and Scheduling

Agreement to participate does not guarantee an appearance date or time.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel recordings at any time without liability.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.

11. Digital Acceptance

By checking the agreement box, submitting the scheduling form, or participating in any recorded session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above. Electronic acceptance constitutes full and legal consent.
