GoldPay Enterprises LLC, acting as Irrigation Assistant
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of custom-built receptionist services ("Services") by GoldPay Enterprises LLC, acting as Irrigation Assistant ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By using our Services, you agree to abide by this Agreement.
2. Services Provided
GoldPay Enterprises LLC, acting as Irrigation Assistant, provides a custom receptionist team, which is not limited to a single receptionist. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Answering calls and texts
- Assisting customers with bill payments
- Developing and implementing custom algorithms for customer communication and marketing
The Services are tailored to each Client’s business needs and may vary accordingly.
3. Limitation of Liability
- GoldPay Enterprises LLC, acting as Irrigation Assistant, provides Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
- We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed calls, or service interruptions.
- Under no circumstances shall GoldPay Enterprises LLC, acting as Irrigation Assistant, its owners, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of our Services.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GoldPay Enterprises LLC, acting as Irrigation Assistant, from any claims, legal actions, or liabilities that may arise from the use of our Services.
4. Legal Jurisdiction
- Any dispute, claim, or legal action related to this Agreement shall be exclusively filed in the courts of the State of Minnesota.
- The Client waives any right to pursue litigation in any jurisdiction outside of Minnesota.
5. Pricing and Modifications
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time with a 30-day written notice to the Client.
- Continued use of our Services after the price adjustment constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

We offer four tiers of receptionist services, which include different levels of support and features:

7. Termination of Services
- The Client may cancel Services at any time, but Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered prior to termination.
- Upon termination, the client has the right to the phone number provided and can be ported out of our system at the current rates and fees
- If the Client fails to comply with this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately without prior notice.
8. Amendments
GoldPay Enterprises LLC, acting as Irrigation Assistant, may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
